I love autumn - the golden air, the shimmering leaves, the smell of wet leaves in the woods. And if you know anything about us fall-lovers, you know that we welcome change.
I’ve lived enough life to know that, when I lean toward what’s uncomfortable, explore what’s triggering me and question my assumptions, I make space for something new in me. There is always ease and beauty on the other side of the challenging inner work, always more than I could have imagined.
I didn’t always know that.
I compromised. I followed others' expectations.
At the same time, I had a constant gnawing feeling
that there was more to being truly me, if I could just….
This longing followed me from environmental organizer to homeschooling mom, from Bolivia to the Yukon, shamanic healing to algebra teacher, from sitting at the feet of wise elders to mountain top barefoot dancing.
First and foremost, I am a mother. I have felt my heart expand ten-fold at the sight of my babies. I have felt the pulse of my German, Irish and Scottish grandparents in my ways of being. And, gulp, I have seen the faces of my children when I have reacted automatically or said things I promised myself I would never say. The truth is: I needed a coach like me.
In my years in Canada’s far north, I rediscovered my attunement with the spirit of place. I followed this calling and eventually joined the lineage of Elemental Space Clearers®. Performing ceremonies meant I was finding myself increasingly in the pivotal moments of people’s lives and my sense of integrity was wanting formal training.
So, when I found Integral Coaching (or it found me), there were green lights all the way down into my bones. ‘Integral’ means inclusive of everything: entire, complete, whole. And I am awed by the depth of this approach and the way it generates a real and sustainable shift in one’s way of being – body, mind, heart and spirit.
I followed this path to the highest level of training, beyond international standards, to learn and embody the way of the Integral Master Coach™. My training pushed me far beyond my comfort zone. It supported me through angst, pain and confusion. It cleared some old beliefs and shepherded me to a fuller expression of my unique essence.
And enhanced my capacity to support the beautiful unfoldment of others.
And so, I offer you a rich blend of intuition, wisdom, skill and spirit to walk beside you through both the excitement and the discomfort of shifting into this next, truer version of you.
I will expertly and reverently hold space while we walk together through this change that’s so important to your life. I will guide you to find your steps, one by one. And I will facilitate the release of what’s getting in your way – old beliefs about yourself, unconscious postures, ingrained habits.
Together we’ll be sifting, releasing the chaff to the wind and bringing the kernels of your sacred essence forward into your new way of being. We’ll invoke truth, your truth, into that new space in you.

Coaching is deeply important to me, not only because it makes such a beautiful difference in my clients’ lives, but also because it ripples out into our communities. I believe that we are the ones who create peace in the world, beginning with our own hearts and homes.
